The little bath time rituals that’s become one of my favorite parts of motherhood.

One of the greatest surprises of motherhood has been discovering how much comfort can be found in the smallest routines.
Every evening, our home begins to slow down. The lights get softer, the day’s noise fades into the background, and it’s finally time for one of my favorite parts of the day—my son’s bath.
There’s something incredibly peaceful about washing away the day, wrapping him in a warm towel, moisturizing his tiny hands and feet, cuddling him close while he nurses, and watching his little eyes slowly close.
It isn’t always picture-perfect. Sometimes there are tears. Sometimes he’s extra hungry. Sometimes bedtime takes longer than expected.
But these little moments have become some of my biggest blessings.
One day, I know I’ll miss them.

5. Milk & Cuddles
This one isn’t something you can buy.
After getting dressed, we cuddle together while he nurses until he slowly falls asleep.
It’s my favorite part of the entire routine.
Why Routine Matters
I’ve learned that bedtime routines aren’t about perfection.
They’re about consistency.
Babies begin recognizing familiar sounds, smells, and moments that tell them it’s time to rest.
And honestly…
I think moms need routines just as much as babies do.
These quiet evenings have become a chance for me to slow down, be present, and appreciate this season while it’s here.
Becoming Your Dream Girl Looks Different in Every Season
When people hear “Dream Girl,” they often picture luxury, beauty, or big milestones.
Sometimes becoming her looks like taking care of someone else with love.
Sometimes it looks like creating peace inside your home.
Sometimes it’s choosing presence over perfection.
The life you’re building isn’t only shaped by the big moments.
It’s shaped by these quiet ones, too.
