I created KANDIDLY TERESA as more than just a blog—in a dark period of my life, it was my outlet. After experiencing my first pregnancy loss and going through chemotherapy, I needed something to hold onto … something that felt like me again. Creating, sharing, and pouring into the things I love—beauty, self-care, soft routines—became a way for me to cope, to stay grounded, and to slowly rebuild myself piece by piece. In the process, I wasn’t just healing—I was rediscovering who I was becoming. And that’s what this space is truly about.
